I'm a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor committed to exploring and sharing the benefits of a holistic approach to health and wellness. From an early age, I realized that true well-being encompasses physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and social health. These elements form the core of my journey and teachings.


I began practicing yoga at the age of 15, initially drawn to the elegance of the poses. Yet, I soon discovered that yoga offers far more than physical fitness. It brought balance and tranquility to my teenage years, inspiring me to delve deeper into its practices. This journey led me to complete my first Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) at the Sivananda Institute of Vedanta-Yoga Academy in 2019 when I was 17.
For me, yoga is about living in the present moment with full awareness and embracing each experience without judgment. It encourages opening our energy channels to receive life's offerings gracefully. This path involves conserving energy, cultivating empathy, kindness, and joy, and ultimately connecting with a higher consciousness.
Yoga continually chooses me, guiding me back to its principles, regardless of any breaks I take. My commitment to yoga is unwavering because I've witnessed its transformative power. I'm here to help others experience the profound benefits of yoga, leading them toward a balanced, healthy, and fulfilling life.
